Kathryn Grooms Psychotherapy

We are a multi-disciplinary team of therapists. Each of our therapists works from a trauma informed and holistic approach welcoming all of you – mind, body and spirit – into sessions. We work with the present you and attend to your past when it is interfering with the life you want to live today. We work collaboratively with our clients honoring the strengths that we each inherently have and providing support and guidance to further strengthen and heal.

I share tools + resources that help you learn how to dive into your self-healing. I believe self-healing is important because it helps us navigate the tough stuff.  And the tough stuff can keep you stuck in the past instead of finding joy + peace where you are right now. When we have self-awareness, we learn so much about who we really are.  So often we’re not even listening to what we want, because a lot of us are trained to do what our families say or what society says out of fear of not fitting in. But we fit in best when we’re being ourselves.
